Terms of Service
What Low-Pressure Service Covers
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to Low Water Pressure Repair work provided by Virginia Plumbing Pros. Work may include inspecting accessible plumbing, checking pressure at fixtures, identifying likely causes, and performing repairs or adjustments specifically listed in an approved estimate.
If testing points to a booster pump, pressure regulator, water line, filter, softener, well system, or another issue beyond the agreed work, we will explain the finding and seek approval before adding services. Hidden damage, unrelated plumbing, and work by other trades are excluded unless separately agreed in writing.
Work must follow applicable requirements, including the 2021 Virginia Construction Code plumbing provisions, the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code, required permits, and Virginia DPOR contractor-licensing rules. Richmond permits may require review through building inspections.
Drinking-water plumbing must meet applicable EPA lead-free requirements. Private well work may also be subject to Virginia well-construction rules.
Depending on the work, relevant authorities can include the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development, City of Richmond Department of Public Utilities, Department of Planning and Development Review, Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, and the U.S. EPA.
Setting, Changing, OR Canceling a Visit
Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another written method confirmed by Virginia Plumbing Pros. We will provide the scheduled service window and any preparation instructions available at booking.
Please ensure an adult can provide access to the affected plumbing and share known details about the pressure problem. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change the appointment; advance notice helps us adjust the schedule, but no specific cancellation fee applies unless it was disclosed and accepted before booking.
The technician will assess the conditions visible at the visit. If the requested repair differs from the approved work, or access conditions prevent the planned service, we will discuss the change and its effect on timing or cost before proceeding.
Added work requires your approval. A new appointment may be needed if parts, permits, safe access, or additional diagnosis are required.
Weather, emergencies, permit reviews, and other conditions outside our control may affect arrival or completion times; we will communicate schedule changes when practical.
Reviewing Estimates and Paying for Work
An estimate describes the work and charges Virginia Plumbing Pros expects based on the information available at the time. It may change if inspection reveals concealed damage, different plumbing conditions, or a need for additional parts, labor, testing, or permits.
We will explain a proposed change and obtain your approval before performing added work. An estimate is not authorization for tasks it does not describe, and a separate written agreement may be needed for work outside the original scope.
Payment is due according to the terms stated in the estimate, invoice, or other written agreement. We do not promise a price or payment arrangement that has not been provided to you in writing.
Please raise billing questions promptly and include the invoice or appointment details so we can review them. Any applicable taxes or other disclosed charges will be shown in the written pricing information.
If payment timing is not specified, ask us to clarify it before work begins. You are responsible for paying approved charges for completed work.
Written Terms for Workmanship Coverage
Virginia Plumbing Pros does not establish a blanket warranty duration through these terms. Any workmanship coverage, duration, or remedy applies only when it is stated in writing for the specific job.
Ask us to review the estimate or service document if you need to know whether a particular repair is covered and for how long. Manufacturer warranties on parts are separate and are governed by the manufacturer’s own conditions.
Coverage may not apply to problems caused by unrelated or pre-existing conditions, normal wear, misuse, lack of maintenance, changes made by others, or work outside the approved repair. These examples do not replace the written terms for your job or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
If you believe covered workmanship has failed, contact us with your service date, address, and a description of the issue before arranging related repairs elsewhere, when safe and practical. We will review the job records and applicable written terms and explain the next steps.
Responsibility for Existing and New Conditions
We take reasonable care while performing the work you approve. Plumbing systems may have existing defects, concealed damage, or conditions outside the repair area that affect results.
Virginia Plumbing Pros is not responsible for those pre-existing or unrelated conditions, or for work performed by others, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If a service document sets a lawful limit on responsibility, any such limit will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We will identify permit or code requirements relevant to the agreed work as they arise. Applicable rules can include the 2021 Virginia Construction Code plumbing provisions, the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code, local permit requirements, and Virginia DPOR licensing requirements.
Richmond building inspections may be involved when a permit is required. Private well systems can also be subject to Virginia well-construction regulations.
Customers remain responsible for disclosing known system issues and providing safe access; these terms do not replace required approvals or legal protections.
Where to Ask About These Terms
For questions about these terms or an approved repair, contact Virginia Plumbing Pros at (877) 773-0781 or info@virginialowwaterpressure.top. Mail may be sent to Arboretum IX, 9201 Arboretum Pkwy, Richmond, VA. Include your name, service address, appointment date, and the section you are asking about so we can direct your request.
We may revise these terms when our practices or applicable requirements change. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date or communicated through the contact details available to us.
A change does not alter work already authorized unless you and Virginia Plumbing Pros agree to that change in writing or the law requires otherwise. The terms provided with a particular estimate or service agreement may contain additional job-specific details; review those documents before approving work.
If a provision cannot be applied as written, the remaining terms continue to the extent permitted by law.
